At Your Organic Stop, our wood pressed oils are not just products on a shelf — they are a process you can see, understand, and trust.
Every day at 10 AM, as we open our store, our traditional wooden kolhu starts running fresh batches of oils right in front of our customers. The slow wood pressing method helps preserve the natural aroma, flavour, and nutrients of the seeds without exposing them to excessive heat or harsh industrial processing.
What makes our oils truly special is the transparency behind them. Anyone visiting our store is welcome to watch the complete manufacturing process live — from seeds entering the kolhu to fresh oil flowing out. We believe purity should never be hidden.
Unlike heavily processed commercial oils, our oils go through the minimum possible processing. We do not use aggressive filtration methods. Instead, after extraction, the oils are naturally rested for nearly 72 hours. During this sedimentation process, the heavier oil cake particles settle at the bottom naturally, leaving pure, naturally clarified oil above. This traditional method helps retain the authentic character of the oil while avoiding unnecessary processing.
We currently produce:
• Mustard Oil
• Groundnut Oil
• Coconut Oil
• Black Sesame Oil

• Almond Oil
We also encourage sustainable shopping habits through our refill system. Customers can bring their own clean reusable bottles or containers to refill fresh oils directly from our daily batches and enjoy a special refill discount. It is our small step towards reducing packaging waste and promoting mindful consumption.
