ABOUT THE OIL: Extra Virgin is the highest quality grade of olive oil. Free acidity must be ≤ 0.8% for EVOO classification.
SMOKE POINT: ~180–210°C — suitable for low-to-medium heat cooking: sautéing, light frying, salad dressings, marinades, drizzling, dipping, soups and baking.
